Where are you shipping from?

To reduce transit time, TAO RADIANCE stores inventory in multiple fulfillment centres across the United States.

Will I receive tracking information?

When your order ships out, we will send an email with the tracking information. Your order may be delivered via FedEx, USPS, UPS, or DHL. We reserve the right to determine the carrier used.

Can I return an item if I'm dissatisfied?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email hello@taoradiance.com within 30 days of original purchase for instructions on how to return for a full refund. Returns must be in original condition. Return shipping costs are responsibility of the buyer. However, we're happy to refund all original shipping fees paid by the buyer.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, TAO RADIANCE only ships within the United States. However, our team is working on making our skincare products available internationally.

How will my item be shipped?

Is the jade authentic?

Yes, each of our jade rollers have been checked and verified to be authentic as shown by the Certificate of Gem & Jade Identification.

How often can I use it?

We like to use our jade roller every day, once in the morning to reduce puffiness and help with dark circles. We also use it once in the evening to unwind and indulge in a longer facial routine. It’s really up to you! You can use the jade roller as often as you would like.

How do I use my jade roller?

The larger jade stone is for cheeks, forehead and jaws while the smaller jade stone is for around your mouth and under your eyes. We wanted to make sure that you got the most out of your jade roller so we included a bonus how-to booklet that shows you how to best use your jade rollers in different areas of your face and along your neck.

How do I clean my jade roller?

We suggest using a warm damp cloth with mild soap to wipe your jade rollers before putting them away in the bonus Tao Radiance storage pouch that is included with each purchase.

When should I use my jade roller?

The best time to use your jade roller would be after you wash your face with a gentle cleanser and apply serum or moisturizer. The motion of the jade roller on your face helps your favorite skincare products absorb into your skin on a deeper level.

Is the hardware on this jade roller stainless steel?

The hardware on this jade roller was created using steel and coated with a zinc plating, that way the steel will not corrode and you can continue to use your jade rollers for a long time.

What skincare products should I use with my jade roller?

We suggest using your favorite facial serum or moisturizer. We like to apply 2 - 3 drops of serum before we use our jade roller.
